Kate Donald
Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner
Kate is a Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner with 7 years experience in the industry. She completed her BSc in Biology and Animal Physiology in 2013. Since then, she has been working in Veterinary clinics in Christchurch and Dunedin performing in-clinic and in-house rehabilitation.
She is currently enrolled at the University of Tennessee and completing her certification in Canine Rehabilitation while working from Wigram Vet and Good Dog Spa.
Kate treats pets with orthopaedic and spinal injuries, both post-operative and conservative management cases. As well as conditions such as hip and elbow dysplasia, osteoarthritis, and degenerative myelopathy. She also treats injured working dogs, competition agility dogs and helps older pets gain an improved quality of life.
